Privacy Policy — Workflow Importer/Exporter for GHL

Chrome extension by Ed Bedrijo
Last updated: July 30, 2026
The short version: This extension does not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data to anyone. It runs entirely in your browser and talks only to GoHighLevel's own servers — the same ones you're already logged into.

What this extension does

Workflow Importer/Exporter for GHL lets you export a GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow — its actions, nodes, and triggers — to a .json file on your computer, and import a previously exported .json file back into a workflow. It is a tool for GHL users and agencies to back up, duplicate, and move workflows between workflows or accounts they already have access to.

Information the extension accesses

To do its job, the extension reads two things from your own active GHL session:

What the extension does NOT do

Where your data goes

Exported files are saved locally to your own computer by your browser. Imported data is written directly to your own GoHighLevel account. The session token stays in your browser's local storage and is only ever transmitted back to GoHighLevel. No data passes through, or is retained by, the developer.

Data retention

The extension keeps only the current session token and recently seen workflow/trigger data in your browser's local storage so it can function. This is cleared when you remove the extension. You can also clear it any time from Chrome's extension settings.
